Zammad changes are not saved

  • Operating system: Cent OS 7
  • Browser + version: any

Hi There,

If I update changes in the settings or the agents update tickets, these changes are not saved. When you update the tickets you get the information that it is unable to update. When I create a
automation routine in the scheduler, it cannot be saved.

What can I do?
