Zammad as a productive environment with Portainer

Hello community,

I would like to use the current zammad version in a Portainer environment. To do this, I created a stack for myself and used the dockercompose.yaml file. The test system is running and working. Now I wonder how I can update the system.

Maybe someone can show me the way to do this. With the search or google I could not solve my problem so far.
