Dear community,
It’s time to hit the update button! ▶
At the heart of Zammad 7.2 is the new tamper-proof Admin Audit Log, making administrative changes easy to trace and review.
You’ll also find stronger protection against form spam, more control over AI usage and costs, and new ways to capture, find, and reuse content in the knowledge base.
