Which is better for production ? And what is the different of two, both stable and i read that 2.7.1 is more stable?? Need some explanation I only read in documentation

i also have in product 2.9 there is not release notes on this yet but has been stable so far (one week)

2.9 currently is the develop Branch.
We do not recommend using the develop branch in production.
Both versions should be perfectly stable.
