It is noticeable that in the core workflows, actions like “hide field” or “show field” are always successful when they are linked to ticket conditions such as “group” or “status” (marked with a star). However, if I add a custom object, such as the object “example” (regardless of whether it is a Boolean, single field, or similar) and specify a condition that should apply when the input is “yes,” linked with the action “add field ‘b’ if input=yes,” unfortunately, nothing happens, regardless of the workflow’s priority.
Is it generally not possible to apply conditions and actions to custom objects? Or is there some trick to it?
I found a solution and I am embarrassed: It is necessary to restart Zammad after creating objects.
