When dowmloading records I want the customer info to be included

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.6.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) : source
  • Operating system: windows
  • Browser + version: chrome Version 92.0.4515.159 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

Expected behavior:

  • When downloading records from the stat page I would like to be able to download not only information about the ticket but also about the client linked with said tickets.

Actual behavior:

  • Right now, when downloading records I can get information on all objects related to tickets but none on the custumer.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

First things first.

Please consider upgrading to Zammad 4.1 ASAP because you’re prune to security issues.

That’s not possible.
Either use external tools like e.g. Grafana or poll Zammads API to get all the required information you need.

This would also allow you to automate things a bit more.
Note that for decent Grafana KPIs Zammad 4.x is required.
