What is the standard password for imported users?

• Operating system: Ubuntu 20.4
• Browser + version: Firefox 94.0.2

Hello together,

i’ve imported users per csv-File. Now i wanted to check the view for a user.
The view seems good, but i can’t log me in because there was no passsword or e-mail verification while the import…

E-Mail is not configured, so the verification is not possible

Changing the passwort isn’t possible, because i cant set the old password…

What can i do to login the customers?
The importfile is still available.

TL;DR: Depends on what you set as “password” in your CSV.
If you did not provide any passwords then there is no password set for the user.

This means that your user, no matter if agent or customer, has to use the password reset function.
Other wise logging in won’t be possible.

Password reset can be disabled within security settings:

Sending password reset mails does not require email channels but an functioning notification channel:
