Hi,
I just wanted to use zammad in a new project and thought of implementing some additional functionality using the feature of “packages” or “addons” I remembered from some previous project, but can’t find any documentation on this topic anymore.
What happened here?

Best regards!

I will try to show you some basics and tips and tricks to keep your development compatible and easy to maintain. Be aware that all my small tutorials are using my GIT aliases. So …

I just want to add: The level of documentation of addons has improved in the past, also documentation wise. But yes, there’s no exact ready to go cookbook except from threads in this community.
