What does Email (out) refer to in reporting?


I am wondering what the stat Email (out) is referring to in the reporting section under Communication?
Is this just the total amount of outgoing e-mails or how can I interpret this?

It’s the number of outgoing E-Mails based on Ticket-Articles, correct. :slight_smile:

Edit: So basically the number of answers via Mails done by your agents.
