Expected behavior:

    1. Service Request Fulfillment Workflow
      Purpose: Handle standard service requests (access rights, equipment, software installations)
      Process Flow:
  • User submits request through self-service portal or email
  • Request validated against service catalog
  • Approval routing (if required) - auto-assigned to line manager or department head
  • Upon approval, ticket assigned to fulfillment team
  • Service delivered/provisioned
  • User notification and confirmation
  • Ticket closure

Key Roles: End Users, Approvers (Managers), IT Support Team
