Viewfilter for Channel


is it possible to create a “view” with all tickets where are sent via e-Mail to zammad during the last x hours?
So I have one view for email and one for phone calls.


It’s not. Zammad doesn’t take note of the origin of tickets, the articles do. You can’t filter on that level.
You could workaround that possibly by using either tags or custom ticket objects with triggers or postmaster filters.
