Used Zammad installation type: package
Operating system: Ubuntu 24
Browser + version: FF 148.0

Expected behavior:

I want write a KB articel with a youtube video integration. i think, the video would be “integrated” in the ticket

Actual behavior:

no video to see. i get such e-mail

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

i tried with that youtube video

Ha.,.. I really thought that the documentation would tell you that embedding videos (just like GIFs) is not possible. My bad.

What would your expectation be?

I don’t quite understand the point of it. You can view the KB correctly as a website, but the advantage of Zammad is that it integrates the KB articles with ??. It would at least be good if you could see the URL clearly.
