- Used Zammad version: latest stable
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: Ubuntu 20
- Browser + version: latest

Can someone show me what variables to achieve this in trigger want to hide the ticket zoom link to Click here to view like on image below View this in zammad.

You’re talking about notification emails not triggers.
