Variable for information of changes in ticket

Okay I must write in english.

I would like to create a note when an agent has changed the status or priority or group of a ticket.

Approximately:

The ticket was changed by xxxx on yyyy

Group: old-value → new-value
Status: old value → new value
Priority: old-value → new-value

I get the new value via the appropriate variables. But is there also a way to access the value “before the change”? So that in the note/email there is something similar to what is in the history of the ticket.
