### Infos:

- Used Zammad version: 7.1.3
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: debian
- Browser + version: google chrome 151.0.7922.137

### Expected behavior:

- Title of the ticket changes to the value of variable #{last\_article.subject}

### Actual behavior:

- Title of the ticket changes to the string " #{last\_article / no such object} "

### Steps to reproduce the behavior:

- Add trigger with Execute changes on objects: Ticket - Title - #{last\_article.subject}

If I add trigger with Execute changes on objects: Note - Body - #{last\_article.subject}, it works as expected.

That makes sense, because articles contain a `subject` attribute, the ticket does not. Tickets only know the `title` attribute.

Side note, Zammad 7.2.2 is the current stable. Especially if your instance is available from the internet, update it now due to CVEs.

Thank you for reply.

This still seems strange to me. Variable “last\_article.subject” is defined.

I can use it to set value of article attributes.

I can use it to set email notification parametrs.

But I cannot use it to change value of ticket attribute.

Is there any way to update title of ticket with the value of article attribute?
