Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.5
- Used Zammad installation type: Package
- Operating system: Ubuntu 22
- Browser + version: Chrome
Expected behavior:
Whenever searching any user in the database users table should be display in the user search and global search option.
Actual behavior:
Few users not found while searching in the user search and global search option, they are existing users in the database users table.
Even though they are displaying previously, suddenly they are not found while searching.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Confirm and make sure the users are updated from backend.
Run the command below on the server:
systemctl stop zammad
zammad run rake zammad:searchindex:rebuild
