Users are uptdated over and over again (EXCHANGE)

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.4
  • Used Zammad installation type: PKG, Ubuntu
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • A shared OFFICE365-Mailbox hosts the contact list with our clients. When changes are made, those should be updatet in ZAMMAD. Clients without changes should not be updatet.

Actual behavior:

  • Most Clients with changes are updatet. Many Clients without changes are updatet too. Login-IDs are updated and reverted in the same step in a manner i do not understand.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Each time the Exchange synchronisation starts.

That looks odd.
Do you possibly have more than one contact with the same email address?
That would explain the behavior… Especially might happen if you have several addressbooks.
