User Mismatch for MS365

Hello,

I have changed the domain of the system and email addresses.

Now I have to actually relink the MS365 because I can’t send or receive mails anymore.

Leather I get the following error message after I authenticated with with MS365.

User Mismatch
The entered user for reauthentication differs from the user that was used for setting up your Microsoft365 channel initially.
To avoid fetching an incorrect Microsoft365 mailbox, the reauthentication process was aborted.
Please start the reauthentication again and enter the correct credentials.

Have you tried updating the app configuration and then to reauthenticate it?
