  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose

  • Browser + version: all

Expected behavior:

Login in app

Actual behavior:

  • When the user logs in to the app, the following error is generated
    (): invalid trailing UTF-8 octet at line 1 column 1

Zammad 6.2 is several months old and outdated. You’re missing security related updates. Upgrade to Zamamd 6.4 asap and check if the issue still persists.
