i have install zammad ver.5.0.x on centos 8.
we would integrate zammad in our web application.
Our goal is to permit user after login in our web application, to open ticket in zammad without relogin again.
This is our scenario:
1- user login on our website
2- autheticated user with his username, click on button to redirect to zammad ticket
Is it possible ?
if yes can you help us to solve this issue.
