User access to edit profile fields

  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: any
  • Browser + version: any

Good day.
How to allow user access to edit profile fields, except for those that are by default. I also have custom (additional) fields. How to give the user the right to edit them. Examples of fields that need to be edited: phone, office, PC name.

I think customers cannot change their own data, user management is done by agents.
