- Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
- Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
- Operating system: centos7.9
- Browser + version: chrome
### Expected behavior:
- use webhook to integrate zammad with wazuh
### Actual behavior:
- Couldn’t find a way to integrate zammad with wazuh using webhook

Zammad 4.1 is _extremely_ outdated by _years_.
Upgrade via Zammad 5.0 → 6.0 and then latest (6.1 right now).
Webhooks were introduced a lot later.
