Use Warning Message Design

Hey Zammad Team,

is it possible to create a message in style of a warning message (created by triggers)? I want to create some internal messages in a different design than normal user/agent content.

E.g. a message that the ticket has been assigned to an agent (blue style), or a message note that a ticket has been solved (green style) or finally closed (red style).

At the moment I need to use emojis to “design” this messages.

Is there an update? How can I trigger such special messages?

There’s no way to “trigger” warning messages in Zammad.
