Use tabulator in trigger email

  • Used Zammad version: 4,0
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) any
  • Operating system: any
  • Browser + version: any

Is it possible to format an email to the customer by using “tabulator” or a table?
I would like the message liket this but that x,y and z start in the same column (position in the row)

Title: yyy
Name: zzz

Hey @StephanBuerger ,

you could try this:
Copy+paste any html table you created somewhere else inside the text field of the trigger (you could use this f. e. https://www.w3schools.com/code/tryit.asp?filename=GQ9MZW5MG8Z0).
paste_table

Afterwards change the values to your liking in zammad.

Not 100% sure but it should apply the html format from the copied source i guess.
