Use a third ticketsystem as a ticket Agent?

Is it possible to add a Login to an OTRS Ticketsystem as a Ticket-Agent?

We work together with a third Company. This company use OTRS as ticket system. We have a Login for this ticket system. It would be nice if we could attach this login as kind of ticket agent, so we could forward a Ticket to OTRS so Zammad works kind as a Proxy. The ticket agent could chat with our customer, and we see what happen. From a security point of view also is the current situation where all ticket agent has the username and Password of this login for the other company also not so good.
