Tables don’t just vanish. There’s no migration that’d do that.
Have you possibly accidentally either reverted migrations to a certain state or accidentally removed the table (aka manually fiddled in the database)?
the users were using it most of the day, then i was hit up saying people couldn’t login. so not sure exactly what happened.but i looked at the logs and it was saying the table didn’t exist… i will see if it occurs again. and report back.
