Update existing ticket /followup - detection by using the API?

  • Used Zammad version: 3.3.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: Virtual Machine
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18
  • Browser + version: chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Update existing ticket when zammad receives 2 email with the same subject.

Actual behavior:

  • Zammad will create a new ticket even if we use the same email with the same object

Sorry but they thread text doesn’t seem to fit to the title ?
What I’m trying to say, I don’t understand your use case and your goal.

What’s the issue? Any error messages…?
