### Infos:

- Used Zammad version: 7.0.2 (will be 7.2.2 ASAP, but the repository swap threw the updates a bit)
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: Ubuntu Server 24 LTS
- Browser + version: any

### Expected behavior:

- User is a member of two (or more) groups. User begins to answer a case belonging to group A. When entering data, the user realizes they need info from a case in group B and navigate to that case to reference it. Returning to the case, the case retains the information entered (but not sent) and user can finish the case and send.

### Actual behavior:

- Returning to the case shows that the entered information (that was not sent, as the case was a work in progress) was wiped, necessitating re-entry of everything.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior:

- Begin to answer a case, navigate away from the case to a case in another group, return and the data already entered is gone.

I’m not sure if this is intentional behavior from Zammad or not, but numerous users find it very distrubing to their workflow. Not everyone remembers to do a cut and paste before navigating away or similar.
