  • Used Zammad installation type: source
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04

Expected behavior:

  • Green monitoring system

Actual behavior:

  • emails that could not be processed: 21

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Emails correctly processed

You need to export the failed ones, repair the eml files and reimport them.
