Unable to save changes in ticket when add comment or mail reply

  • Used Zammad version: Wersja Zammada 5.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Firefox 100.0.2

Expected behavior:

In ticket interface when I click “save” button ticket save changes and sand reply or save comment

Actual behavior:

In ticket interface when I click “save” button ticket “save” button going to be inactive and do nothing. Ticket changes did not apply

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open ticket
  2. Write a comment
  3. Click on save button

Additional info:

Similar situation with save button in user profile field “avatar”.

I cannot reproduce both scenarious.
Please upgrade to the latest possible Zammad installation and ensure that the upgrade process is sucessfull.

If you have custom changes, remove them to see if the issue persists.

Could you specify what custom changes you have removed? I have the exact same issue but I’m not aware of any changes to the system (and I’m the only administrator) so I’m a bit stuck and would appreciate every input. Thanks!
