Unable to fetch archives on Zammad upgrade

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version: n/a

Expected behavior:

  • I try to upgrade Zammad package to 6.3.1 following given instructions

Actual behavior:

  • Error comes up on Zammad package download

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
