Unable to create and use ticket templates

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Docker
  • Operating system: Linux
  • Browser + version:
    Edge

Expected behavior:

  • Want to create ticket templates so that the ticket creation would be easy for the customers

Actual behavior:

  • the templates are not applying and the default template is only at the ticket creation page

not able to find the delete and save as options and the template is not applying

Hi @KannanK. Not sure if I understood your correctly, but ticket templates are only available for agents, not for customers.

okay, can we remove the status option to the customer in their ticket form
