# Twilio integration settings

- Used Zammad version: 3.3.x
- Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
- Operating system: CentOS 7
- Browser + version: Chrome 80.0.3987.163

Hello!

Unfortunately, I can’t find the current settings for integration with Twilio in the documentation. Now I want to set up incoming SMS as tickets.

I created an account in twilio, confirmed the number, filled in the balance, and I think that my account is fully functional. I created the connection in the SMS channel, then I set the settings in the twilio control panel, in the Usage -\> Triggers section, with the following parameters:

Usage category: sms: all  
Trigger value: I don’t know, put 1 (maybe is wrong?)  
Trigger by: minutes  
Frequencies: Daily  
Trigger a webhook: copy from SMS channel settings

I don’t get new tickets via SMS and I see an error in the SMS channel settings:

Can’t use Channel::Driver::Sms::Twilio: #\<Exceptions::UnprocessableEntity: Minimum one identifier (login, firstname, lastname, phone or email) for user is required.\>

May be I doing everything wrong, but I can’t find any step-by-step description of integration.
