Turn around recent tickets opened bar

Hello,
I would like to suggest that the list of recently opened tickets on the left-hand side be sorted in reverse chronological order.
We’ve already encountered the issue in our company where this list contained too many tickets, causing newly opened tickets to simply disappear from the screen.
If it were possible to display the new tickets at the very top, we wouldn’t have this problem anymore.
It would be great if this bar could be customized so that it could either be sorted in reverse order or disabled entirely for different users.
One situation is that our department leaders assign new tickets to our agents, so they open a lot of tickets that are not relevant for them after they opened them the first time and it is just another trouble to close every ticket they looked at.
In their case it would be better to just disable it at all.

We have a complete redesign of that section planned. As you may have noticed, it has been renamed from ‘Recently opened’ to ‘Recently viewed’. In the current tech stack, it also shows open tickets. These can be accessed via the open tabs anyway. In future, it will show recently closed tabs instead.

However, there is no ETA for this yet, as it will only be implemented in the next tech stack. Please be patient. I hope this change will also solve your use case.
