Hello zammad team;

I’m using the time provided Uludag University in Turkey’s best-known universities. The panel and the interface must be Turkish in order for our perosnel to use it, but I cannot completely Turkishize it. For example, how can I have Turkish e-mails sent to the user administrator mail? And how can I make others Turkish? These languages are said to be translated in the database. Where are the database files kept? I am using a Linux server can I access these database files abruptly? @MrGeneration @Hannes
