Currently we are trying to have some users from a trusted domain log into our Zammad Helpdesk. But first, does Zammad support a trusted domain environment?
I guess you’re talking about Active Directories trusted Directories.
So actually the bigger question would be “Did Zammad synchronize those affected users?”
If it did, then the answer should be yes, IF you can authenticate those users against your ldap server. If not, then the answer is no.,

Yes, we wanna create an Active Directory – One Way Domain Trust. Therefore, we can authenticate the users with our ldap-server.
