Triggers to send different auto reply mails by group

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • My incoming mails are filtered by To-Adress into different groups for different projects. The Trigger should send an auto reply mail on new tickets.

Actual behavior:

  • The Trigger for one of my groups does not send an auto reply mail.

Hi @samuel5. Your Zammad instance is terribly outdated, please consider updating/upgrading to the latest version as soon as possible.
