Triggers for autoreply on ticket change to email the customer does not work in v. 6.1.0

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 12 (Bookworm)
  • Browser + version: 119.0.6045.124

Expected behavior:

  • Create Trigger to autoreply via E-Mail to customer if any change happens to the ticket.

Actual behavior:

  • For some reason the above named triggers wont work.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Just made a normal installation of Zammad version 6.1.0 and created the triggers.

I just noticed a similar issue. I created a custom scheduler to send out reminder emails more frequently if specific tags were present based on the Date/Time field. Those emails aren’t being sent either. The scheduler shows the appropriate count and a few appropriate items in the preview, as matching the conditions. However, when I review the ticket history after the scheduler should have processed those items and sent the emails, they are not present.

I have the same isue since update 6.1.0-1699735608.4747590e
