Trigger to make changes on Customer

Is it also possible to use the triggers for changes to the customer data?

I have added “Smartphone manufacturer”, “Model” and “Operating system version” to the fields in the customer data to collect important information that can be used for future inquiries.

Now I would like the trigger to recognize the keyword (e.g. “Android”) in the text and then complete the fields in the customer data accordingly.

So far I have not found a solution that works. Do you have any ideas or does it not work like this?

No, that’s not possible (as you can see in the trigger configuration if you check the available actions).
