Trigger time event for Escalated tickets

Good Day,

First of all i want to say thank you to the developers .

I have setup two triggers using time event for escalated tickets via email and rocketchat which works 100%. But i would like to know if there is a way to change the triggers from sending the same notification every 5 min to maybe every hour?
Or only send it one time when the trigger conditions have been met.

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Linux
  • Browser + version: N/A

Expected behavior:

Send a notification every hour or only once.

Actual behavior:

sends a notification every 5 min.

Just an update.
I could not figure out the time event triggers, so i decided to use Schedules which works for me.
