Trigger: Send E-Mai -> not all Users in list available

• Operating system: Linux
• Browser + version: All

Hi,

i would like to email some agents start by a trigger.
But I cannot see all our users (and not all Agents) in the list (green box on screen shot)

Does someone know what could be wrong?

That’s normal. Just use the search function above “variables”.

The problem is: I cannot find the Users with the “search function”. But the user is in the Userlist.

This is currently a bug: Trigger recipient field only shows users which are already present in the frontend assets · Issue #4458 · zammad/zammad · GitHub

Workaround is currently to search for the user on another screen.
