trigger problem

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 7.0.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker
  • Operating system:
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

  • that the email via trigger be sent

Actual behavior:

  • When I open the ticket history, I don’t see the “trigger activated” note, even though the conditions are met. (I’ve tried with simple conditions and it still doesn’t work)
