Trigger of zammad community version

Hi Team,

I need some of support regarding,

  1. Creating trigger when an admin create a user/agent it will automatically send the details to the created user by email.
  2. kindly share the ticket overview condition as i have change many thing but the that couldn’t work,
    one of is on team ticket :- the user of that group can show the ticket and the non-group/another group user cant see the ticket.
