Trigger: Include an additional party on incoming ticket

I would like to be able to create a trigger that would apply to all inbound email IF it matches an organisation (all addresses attached to the organisation).

  1. Email is received
  2. Email is from specified organisation
  3. Add an additional party to the email (ie CC)
  4. Create ticket with additional party
  5. Send back auto-reply to both the original sender and the additional party.

This is not possible with Triggers, you could workaround this via API, but this will still be some kind of pain… :x
