Any idea of what to put on the trigger so that when you hit the button marked in red and it goes from being a private note to public, the trigger will jump

Triggers are run/checked when updating tickets.
Technically you’re updating the visibility of an trigger which causes Zammad to not see this as an ticket update.

What you’re trying to achieve is not possible, sorry.
