Time unit format

I’m sorry, but you can’t change the format within core functionality.
You could fiddle around in the code, however, this might cause issues and is not update save.

Thank you MrGeneration, I’ll take your advice and leave the code alone.

I try to convince my employer to use Zammad, in which he is interested in, but there are certain needs that Zammad doesn’t offer by design, such as changing the time format or edit the time without the need to create a note or dele a note after 10 minutes, but I understand the latter is added in version 3.4.
