Time accounting by department

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: edge, firefox, internetexploter

Expected behavior:

  • Hello Zammad-Community,
    is it possible to display the time by customer departments? We have three organizations in our Zammad and would like to break down the recorded times by customer and department. The departments are already maintained by the customers, these are transferred to Zammad via LDAP. We would like to list the times incurred per department.
