Ticket update with No Updater Identification

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) source
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: avg browser Version 92.2.11577.161

Expected behavior:

When a ticket is being updated by someone, I expect the name to be included in the notification email as per below:

  • Hi Ivan Lawrrence,

Ticket (TEST TICKET UPDATE) has been updated by " Name of the ticket Updater".

Actual behavior:

Unfortunately am getting the following,

  • Hi Ivan Lawrrence,

Ticket (TEST TICKET UPDATE) has been updated by “-”.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create and update a ticket

Updated by - means system user.
The system (Zammad) touched the ticket for whatever reason.
