Ticket text not visible


  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: Firefox 98.0.1 (64 bit) , 99.0.4844.51 (64 bit)

HI, would like help with the following issue :

Expected behavior:

Ticket details/data is visible.

Actual behavior:

When trying to open the ticket, ticket data is blank.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

How we got here :

  1. Email from unknown email address got in, created a new ticket
  2. I created a new user with the email address finding that the email address already exists
  3. I merged another ticket with the problematic one
  4. Then ticket text not visible anymore

4.1 is fairly outdated, we’re on 5.1.
You may want to update before anything else.

If that doesn’t help please let us know how “text not visible” and “ticket data is blank” looks like.
