HI, would like help with the following issue :
Expected behavior:
Ticket details/data is visible.
Actual behavior:
When trying to open the ticket, ticket data is blank.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
How we got here :
- Email from unknown email address got in, created a new ticket
- I created a new user with the email address finding that the email address already exists
- I merged another ticket with the problematic one
- Then ticket text not visible anymore
