How can tickets be generated with normal priority?

Zammad 6.2 is highly outdated. Update to the latest available version, which currently is 6.4.1. Your instance is prune to several security advisories.

This will also enable you to do more stuff via UI.

In any case, could you tell us how to configure all tickets generated via email to be generated with normal priority, not very low?

Check your default ticket state under Settings>Objects>States.

If you want tickets from email to come in at a different priority, you may need to create a trigger. I’m not quite sure what that would look like from the top of my head though.

You won’t be able that before updating though.

Having been in IT for quite some time, new features tend to drive people to update software more than scary “you will get hacked if you don’t update now” messages.
